Payment Methods

1. We accept secure credit/debit card payments on our site using Thawte SSL.
2. We accept PayPal payments on our site. order online and select Paypal payment method.
3. We accept direct payments payments on our site, order online and send us a direct payment from your bank.
4. We accept cheques on our site, order online and send us a cheque.
5. We accept telephone payments on our site, order online and call with payment details or we will call you.
6. We also accept telelphone orders, call 01702 545689.
7. We also offer finance, minimum loan amount is £250, apply online in basket.

Note on all credit/debit card orders address verification checks are made. We can only deliver to the credit card holders address, or in some circumstances an alternative address verified at our discretion. Security checks are made on all purchases to insure we only deliver to the credit card holder we may ask for additional information to establish this. We recommend using our secure Thawte area for payment. PayPal accounts must be confirmed.

Stock

We hold large stocks at Rochford Tyres, approximately 50,000 alloy wheels & tyres, we also have a 2,000 alloy wheels showroom. Our website stock list is updated daily. What you see online is what is currently available, a combined result of over 10,200 product lines on alloy wheels alone which is updated daily.

Ordering

Every order is checked by a specialist, if there is a problem an advisor will call. We would never knowingly send out a set of alloy wheels that would not fit your car. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee. You must provide your car details and current tyre size when you order so we can confirm and check correct fitment.

Alloy Wheels and Tyre Packages

Tyres are fitted, alloy wheels are balanced and inflated. Special care and attention is taken to ensure that when you receive your alloy wheels, they will fit your vehicle. A fitting kit is included, this will consist of nuts or bolts, spigot rings if required, caps and badges.

Delivery of Alloy Wheels and Tyre Packages

We use City Link to deliver our alloy wheels, tracking information is emailed when we despatch. Alloy wheels will come to you individually packaged in a way that will protect the alloy wheels in transit. UK delivery is typically next working day. A free specialist fitting service is available at AlloyWheels.COM when you purchase an alloy wheels and tyres package. Delivery is insured.

We stock AVON, BRIDGESTONE, CONTINENTAL, COOPER, DUNLOP, ENDURO, FALKEN, GENERAL, GOODYEAR, HANKOOK, KUMHO, MICHELIN, NEXEN, PIRELLI, TOYO, UNIROYAL, YOKOHAMA and more.

We list fitments that are currently available. We hold a lot of stock at AlloyWheels.COM, but it is difficult to have every alloy wheel in all fitments, sizes. If an item is not in stock but listed available on this site, it means that we are confident that we can get this wheel into AlloyWheels.COM, however, sometimes this is not possible. But we always give our best effort and cannot recall anyone who we have let down. 99% of fitments listed on this site are stock items.

Pictures

Sometimes it is not possible to have a picture for a wheel that is available in 4 and 5 stud. If you see a picture that has 5 studs and you also see a 4 stud fitment listed against the picture, this means that this wheel is available in 4 stud and vice versa.

Fitting

If purchasing alloy wheels & tyres, a free specialist fitting service is available at AlloyWheels.COM. If fitting alloy wheels yourself please take care in fitting, we would always recommend specialist fitting at a respectable garage or fitting specialist. If you are unsure about fitting alloy wheels yourself and have purchased alloy wheels from AlloyWheels.COM, you can call 01702 545689 for advice. If fitting wheels yourself please ensure you clean the hub prior to fitting new alloy wheels, its always best to run a nut or bolt fully against the hub with WD40 to ensure correct fit prior to fitting alloy wheels.

Alloy Wheels Simulator - Visualiser

This will show alloy wheels on your car, currently we are updating car pictures and alloy wheels pictures, so if your car or an alloy wheels package is not shown, it will be shortly. It is possible to show an alloy wheels package that will not fit your car, please use the fitment guide located in the header of the site, selecting the new alloy wheels size required, as this will show you which alloy wheels will fit your car. Where possible the simulator will show alloy wheels on the car.
